Why do bankers win more in baccarat?

I like to visit game house because I have some of my friends who are the players and they always based on different games in Casino. There was a particular day we visited the game house. One thing I noticed is that whoever stake on banker usually win. out of 10 games the person usually go on 7 winnings and this becomes interesting.

I want to ask you guys that what is the meaning of banker in baccarat and why are bankers win more in baccarat?
