I believe that many casinos hardly follow guidelines , they believe that running casino doesn't entail a lot , they just adopt the normal procedures and process to curtail and running it up , tho it's been believe that necessary gambling procedure should always get practiced

It is true that some casinos may not prioritize strictly following guidelines and regulations as they should. There could be several reasons for this behavior:

1. Profit Motive: Casinos are businesses that are primarily profit-driven. In some cases, the focus on making money might overshadow the importance of adhering to all regulations and guidelines.

2. Lack of Oversight: In some jurisdictions, there may be lax enforcement of gambling laws and regulations, which could lead to casinos cutting corners when it comes to compliance.

3. Complexity of Regulations: The gambling industry is highly regulated, with a multitude of rules and guidelines that can be difficult to navigate. Some casinos may find it challenging to stay on top of all the requirements.

4. Competitive Pressures: In a competitive industry like gambling, some casinos may feel pressured to prioritize attracting customers over ensuring strict adherence to regulations.

While these factors may contribute to some casinos not following guidelines as closely as they should, it is crucial for the integrity of the industry that regulations are consistently enforced. Stricter oversight, robust compliance measures, and a commitment to responsible gambling practices are essential to maintain the trust of players and the public. By holding casinos accountable and promoting a culture of compliance, the industry can uphold the highest standards of integrity and safety for all stakeholders.
