Why does it take long to get a reply from some online casino service?

The main reason why it takes long for some online casinos to reply your messages whenever you have a complaint is because they have a specific time when their customer service is fully online. If you contact them and they didn't reply fast that mean they're away and have to come online once in a while in order to reply you.

If the online casino has few teams who manages the website, that can be one of the reasons why you might not get a quick reply whenever you chat them up.
 
They are obviously answering to many queries from others customers ,so obviously they might actually not get that reply and others from you ,that's the main thing ,and should be resolved to dissolve any issues
 
There are so many gamblers out there with one or two problems too like yours and the customer care all have to reply to all of you by helping to solve every issues you all at encountering. It always lead to delay
 
In some cases, the customer support team are simply horrific in carrying out their duties by failing to answer and solve a challenge. In other cases, the representative fails to reply under the guise of solving the problem in-house
