Why is it that comments posted are not credited with coins again?

I noticed recently that comments posted in each section of the threads are not credited with coins again. Why is this so?. Which sections of the thread is creditable?. Thanks.

Why not post this in the suggestion section, I even ta ugh you're talking about casino before. The reward for posting relating comments to every threads still remain in tack and I'm still getting rewarded after every comment. What i just notice is that your comment have to reach like six and halve or seven lines before you will get rewarded
