I didn't understand the reason why casino and gaming authority have decided to regulate the slot game but I think maybe because it is a game that is based on luck and then if you continue to placed the game on the way it was being played, the casino will keep winning and to make the game a fair play, there is need for regulations and certain amount to dispense to the community is determined.

They intentionally regulate the amount of money that can be dispensed by the machine so that they will be able to remunerate winners with ease. They tend to pull out every trick in the book which can work in their favour
