Why Probability and Statistics Cannot Ensure the Lottery's True Randomness

For all the statistics and probability calculations that govern the lottery, do they truly ensure a random pick devoid of human error, machine bias or interference? Why I wonder, having observed over the years that patterns often emerge in lottery results and certain numbers seem to be picked more frequently while others rarely come up at all. Isn't true randomness supposed to mean each number has an exactly equal chance of being selected?

It is true that certain numbers may seem to be picked more frequently or rarely come up at all. However, this is simply due to the fact that the odds of selecting any particular set of numbers in a lottery draw are the same, regardless of the past results

because many people believe that they have an equal random chance of winning a lottery always , if people are not able to believe it then lottery companies will always lose their players and will most soon be out of business actually indeed .

It is right but it is always up to a lottery company how they set their systems and models actually , if you are an player , it is your choice always to play at them or not and you should make proper decisions always indeed actually to be honest .
