Why should I be responsible before playing gambling? Been a responsible adult is among the rules and guard line that helps you to know how much you need to spend on anything that you are doing that involves the use of money, if someone is not responsible that person will be careness on how he/she spends their money. It very important to be a responsible adult in what ever we are doing most especially when it has to do with money,
