It's normal for a casino website to report your winnings to the IRS, this is for security issues, but most casino websites doesn't report winnings to the IRS unless located in new Jersey or Delaware, that's why some casino websites request for your social security number before you can be accepted to register an account, that is why you have to extra careful when registering at a casino websites.
 
It is important that casino website should report your winnings to the iRs because of the security issues , but most casino do not usualy report winnings to the iRs unless they found any changes in the new jerseys or Delaware. Thats why most of the casino website usually request for our social security numbers before they can accept our registration.
