Winamax ends partnership deal with Bordeaux FC

Girondins de Bordeaux of Ligue 1 has canceled Winamax's partnership after the club disapproved of the betting site's tweets regarding the most recent game.

The sportsbook had signed the sponsorship deal in the summer of last year, but it has since increased its trolling of the team on social media, forcing Bordeaux to sever ties.
Over the last three months, Winamax has released about 20 mocking tweets, excluding those that have already been removed.

The sponsorship deal, which started in the summer, ended due to Winamax’s increased social media trolling, with around 20 tweets mocking the team in the past three months. Bordeaux found this behavior unacceptable, leading to the dissolution of the partnership.
