Winning Poker Network penalized by the Netherlands Gaming Authority

The Netherlands Gaming Authority censured two unlicensed online gambling companies for enabling players from the Netherlands to use their platform. Only Winning Poker Network has received a penalty as a result of how the providers handled the case; Goldwin, the other company, stopped violating the rules and was exempt from the penalty. Winning Poker Network must pay the fine because it continued to accept Dutch gamblers. Only with a license from the KSA is it legal to provide players in the Netherlands with online games of chance.
