Three days after she first saw the scratch-off lottery ticket at the store, a woman from Maryland decided to purchase it, and she ended up winning $50,000.
A Money Money Money scratch-off ticket with ticket number 004 was visible to the Dundalk woman, who reported the incident to Maryland Lottery officials on Friday while she was at the store.
Dundalk claimed that although she ultimately decided not to purchase the ticket, she had a change of heart the following Monday when she went back to the store and noticed that ticket 004 was still in the roll.
