Wrexham football museum receives funding from National Lottery

The "Museum of Two Halves" project, which includes a new football museum, in Wrexham, Wales, has been awarded over £2.7 million in funding by the National Lottery.

A national football museum for Wales and a renovated museum for Wrexham will be housed in the existing Wrexham Museum building as part of the development.

The new football museum, which will feature artifacts such as John Charles' debut, will highlight the town's athletic history, according to a press release from Wrexham County Borough Council.
