Thunderbite has been acquired by Xtremepush, a global omnichannel customer engagement and customer data platform. Through the acquisition, Xtremepush will be able to incorporate Thunderbite's gamification and loyalty programs into its own products. At the time of the agreement, Thunderbite was in charge of 100+ international brands' loyalty programs across both free-to-play and paid-for games. A variety of customer retention, VIP Clubs, and reactivation strategies are used by the business.
