Yggdrasil fined for violations by Swedish Gambling Authority

Yggdrasil, an igaming provider, was fined £22,508 by the Swedish Gambling Authority for providing its services to an unlicensed operator.
The regulatory body stated that during an inspection of several unlicensed operators in Sweden in January of this year, it found the grave infraction.

The supplier claimed that the reason for the supply problem was a distributor and Yggdrasil's breach of contract.

Additionally, the Swedish Gambling Authority determined that charging a sanction fee was reasonable.
