Just over a year has passed since Penn Entertainment's ESPN Bet mobile sportsbook launched, and there are indications that the website is reaping the benefits of its affiliation with the sports broadcast network. There are growing hints that FanDuel and DraftKings continue to hold a sway over the domestic online sports betting market share, but there are also signs that the Penn company is making headway, according to the YouGov survey.
