$3 billion Casino and Hotel Project in Coney Island by Thor Equities

On Tuesday, Thor Equities Group announced a $3 billion plan to turn New York Coney Island from a summertime tourist hotspot to a yearround destination with a casino, nice hotel, and other attractions.
