Catena Media is changing its board ahead of its big yearly meeting. They are reducing the number of directors to six.

Two new members, Erick Flinck and Dan Castillo, are proposed, with Flinck possibly becoming chairman. Flinck has a background in business consulting and chairs a digital health startup.

Castillo has experience in various sectors. The changes come after a tough financial year, with the CEO being replaced.
