As a casino site customer care do you solve complaint based on gender difference?

I think it's actually not good for a customer care representative to take such motive , they could actually solve the problem that the customer is facing and complaint ,or the complaint should be solved based on the degree and urgency of the problem and others , and not based on the gender difference , because that could create a problem

I would like to believe that this does not occur in the various customer service teams of most, if not all casinos. Gender discrimination is something abhorrent in itself, and letting it manifest in a gambling site is stupid
 
yeah it's actually not good , gender discrimination should not be welcomed in any form , I believe the gambling site or platform should always listen to every users of the platform , there shouldn't be something like gender discrimination and others
 
Of course not, i can't really deny maybe something like that much be happening if it's in a physical casino company but I cannot be happening in an online casino. Customers much not even know that identity
 
No, that's not good at all, a good customer care agent will never be selective at all, a good customer care agent will always respond to customers issues equally and not based on gender that's a very wrong idea
 
I don't think it is unprofessional of anybody that works as a customer service to be solving issues based on gender. There should not be gender discrimination. All customers should be treated equally and fairly without any biased or whatsoever.
 
Actually I'm not a casino customer care representative but if I'm one i will not be solving questions based on gander because that's a partial and every customer have to be attended to equally and there should be no partial

It is very wrong for a casino customer care agent to solve customers issues based on gender, it's the right of the customer service to attend to all gender equally and must not be bias, any casino that do this stuff must be a bias website.

Especially this practice is common so for them money and business is men concerned issue and is not for women like any domain forex trading or gambling or even invest into project and women is just for fashion styles and cooking like there is no men knowing how to cook or wears good clothes that are fashionable, this idea is reputable for so many people.
 
That is very unprofessional.0 In my opinion, customer service need to pay the least attention to gender It's very weird that anyone are rude to woman but nice to men It does not make any sense at all
 
Solving complaints based on gender is a gender based discrimination. Your company can be sued for that. It is always best to solve complaints first come, first served. Meaning those who sent complaints earlier should be helped first.
