bets should be between 20% to 30% of the current pot total.
After the draw, if you improved your hand, increase your bet
to between 40% to 60% of the pot total. If your hand stayed the
same, bet a similar amount to the pre-draw. Loose players tend
to bet smaller before the draw and then raise stronger hands big,
while tight players do the reverse.
