Beware of playing on Leon.bet - Twin.com - Oddsring - unfair account verification procedure

I have been a player on Leon for awhile and never had a problem.

I took a break from playing there and later on signed up on Twin.com as I saw they were also owned by the same company Moonlite N.V. so I figured it was a great place to play as well.

I have deposited, withdrawn and verified my account without a problem. I then tried to withdraw again in the amount of $4000 and I was hit with another account verification.

This time they are requesting a bank statement in PDF format only. No screenshots like every other site I have played on accepted including Moonlite N.V. site Leon. This is extremely unfair as they are requesting something that the bank only generates once a month. I cannot get the bank to generate a real time statement of transactions up until today. This is a standard banking practice. I have 3 accounts with 3 different banks and they only generate the monthly PDF statement once a month. I took screenshots of the bank account, a void cheque showing the account information and proving it was mine, screenshots of the specific interac etransfer transactions but they were all declined. This is an obvious stall tactic to get a player to lose their winnings while waiting. I literally have to wait until the end of the month before something that like is available. How is that fair? I don't know. Total deposits were around $3000 and total withdrawals including the above mentioned one is around $4500. So we are not talking huge money either. Deposits were all made by interac etransfer, which is absolutely bullet proof when it comes to not being able to chargeback, fraud, etc. Once its sent, its sent and gone from your account forever. So why this level of verification is required doesn't make sense.

I have contacted my bank and they can print off transactions up until today like I can do at home, but its not in the format of the monthly statement and it didn't work.

I am seriously considering seeking out profiles on social media LinkedIn, etc until I get this resolved. This kind of behavior from a site is predatory and extremely unfair to the player.

Please use this Twin.com - Leon.bet - Oddsring review as a warning before playing on any sites owned by Moonlite N.V. Leon.bet Oddsring and Twin.com

If I can get them to come to a rationale decision I will certainly update this post.

I understand your frustration with the account verification process at Twin.com and the delay in being able to provide the requested bank statement in PDF format. It can indeed be frustrating when a specific format is required that may not be readily available.

While I cannot speak on behalf of Twin.com or Moonlite N.V., it is not uncommon for online casinos to request additional verification documents to ensure the security and legality of transactions. While this can cause delays, it is ultimately done to protect both the players and the platform from potential risks.

However, it does seem unusual that Twin.com is requesting a bank statement in a format that is different from what other sites within the same ownership accept. It might be worth reaching out to Twin.com's customer support again to explain the issue and see if they can provide any alternative solutions. Explaining the standard banking practice of monthly statements and providing screenshots of your bank account in the meantime might also help them understand your situation better.

If you are unable to resolve this issue directly with Twin.com, you could consider seeking assistance from a regulatory authority or an independent mediator, such as AskGamblers' casino complaint resolution service. They can help facilitate a resolution between you and Twin.com.

Remember to stay professional and respectful when reaching out to Twin.com's support or any other channels you may use to seek assistance. While frustrations can arise, it is important to approach the situation calmly and constructively to have the best chance of reaching a resolution.

I hope your issue gets resolved promptly, and if there are any updates or developments, please feel free to update this post to share your experience with others.

Hi CR7,

I have gone back and forth 30ish times with them explaining it in many different ways. They won't budge. They wont take screenshots or anything else. Its super disappointing to me because Leon.bet is the same company and they have been awesome to play at, deposits withdrawals account verification support etc etc. When this is all said and done I won't be playing on either. I'm down big on Leon too lol. I did manage to find a dozen or so people on LinkedIn who work for Twin so I have started reaching out there. I don't care if I pester them about it, I obviously need someone higher up or with more common sense or power to help me. Thanks for your reply.

I perfectly understand how this feels. You gave got to calm down and exercise self discipline not to exhaust the funds that are there on further gambling on the site. They should have just done their own personal investigation rather than being rigid. Accept my sympathy on how this has turned out for you.

They did what most of the websites do when they get someone who is turning fast profits, casinos and books only like losing players in the long run that is why the presence of players that can turn the tables on them is never welcomed at all by them indeed actually .
