In most standard poker games, once a hand has been mucked (folded face-down), it is considered dead and removed from play. As a general rule, players are not allowed to request to see a mucked hand during regular play.

However, there are some exceptions to this rule in certain situations:

Showdown: During the showdown, when players reveal their hands to determine the winner, any player involved in the hand has the right to request to see an opponent's hand that was mucked if it can potentially affect the outcome of the pot. This is known as "calling for a hand."

Suspicion of Foul Play: If there is reasonable suspicion of collusion, chip dumping, or other forms of cheating, the floor staff or the casino's management may intervene and decide to show a mucked hand for investigation purposes.

I feel Transparency and accuracy are essential in casino and sportsbook platforms to ensure that users can trust the services they are participating in. When users feel confident and secure, they can enjoy the platform more and have a better overall experience.
