Just of recent I was reading a news about a lawsuit between a man who won a big bet and your online company.

The guy is a professional casino player who has a lot of experience and he has developed a strong winning strategy which helps in to win a lot of money from casino.

This guy had about a new casino platform which was just established and he rolls his trick on the platform to wins hundreds of millions of Dollars.

it is over six months now and the guy has not received any payout from the casino platform and both of them as loading the case into the court of law.

The question I would like to ask the experienced member of the forum is that can online casino keep your winnings for one reason or the other?

You are very correct because it is not all online casinos that are scams. There are very good and legitimate ones among them and they have been in existence for quite a long time with wealth of experiences.
It is important for us not to generalize and be prejudiced with respect to online casinos. The proliferation of fraudulent websites should not blind us to the sites which carry out their activities in a transparent manner

It not advisable for players to keep
There money online, you can not trust them for that even if it is the best company it not advisable for you to keep your winning online, they can come up with na excuse on something that makes them to deduct some amount of money in your wallet

It is not right for online casinos to keep your winnings and if a casino decided to keep winning of their players, they are showing signs of irregularities and a scandalous activities.

Your point is valid. Any betting site or casino that decide to withhold the earnings you obtain without a tangible reason is incompetent and should be taken to task. Legal redress could be sought as a last resort.

Any casino that holds the winnings of the players are scam and such Casino should not be regarded as legitimate. If a casino is not paying as at when due it is regarded as being a scam because payment of winnings is very crucial.

I understand your point, but would you share this same view of fraudulence if a casino site informed you of a delay of payments but paid you in instalments, with a large majority settled as down payment?

Online casinos require players to wager their deposit money a certain number of times before they can cash out any winnings from the money. If a casino refuses to release your winnings, first check to confirm that you have met the wagering requirement before trying to withdraw again.

Oh really, I was not privy to this piece of information. So are you saying that if you have just wagered your money on one occasion and won, you would not be able to cash out because of the above-mentioned rule?

I don't have information about the affirmation statement but I feel that it is not really going to be so because most of the casinos that have joined online I have been able to make withdrawals but have not counted the number of time I have wagered

Alright, that was what I was trying to establish. I would have been very surprised if these online casinos failed to enable you to obtain your winnings based on these spineless terms and conditions.

Although I actually don't know why the casino sue the guy , because the guy did nothing wrong than just finding a perfect strategy to earn , if they sue the guy , the guy might even go and report the case in the court of law
