Can I demand for casino payment directly from the customers care service?

I think of Incase the person is actually having or finding it difficult to actually recieve payment from the casino platform ,like they are not paying the person on time and others , I would love to ask if it's possible for the person to actually go ahead and demand payment directly from the caisno customer care service
