Casino license of Resorts World Sentosa renewed for only two years

The Gambling Regulatory Authority said in a news release that an independent evaluation panel judged the facility's performance between 2021 and 2023 "unsatisfactory," with a number of areas that need to be corrected and significantly improved. The renewal will take effect in February 2025. The next evaluation is planned in 2026.

Resorts World Sentosa is one of Singapore’s only two casinos. The other is Marina Bay Sands Casino.
