Culinary Workers Union to partake in strike action across Las Vegas casinos

The influential Culinary Union of Las Vegas has announced that it anticipates thousands of its members and allies joining a march down the Las Vegas Strip on Thursday, August 10 at 5:30 p.m. Since September 2022, some 200 Levy Premium Food Service employees who work as cocktail and banquet servers, dishwashers, chefs, and bartenders at T-Mobile Arena have been advocating for a union contract. 200 casinos and entertainment venues receive culinary services from Levy, a Chicago-based company.
