Of course, socially when they lose their bet, this is the reason why it not advisable to invest more in gambling or stake high amount of money, losing in betting is one of the most dangerous things people can't bare, it can lead to mental disorder or something else

When their losses aren't coming forward , yeah some get angry with themselves ,some even get depressed ,most especially those that can't deal with the pains of making more losses at a go ,they become depressed

Ofcouse yes,its obvious that gamblers always get angry at all times ,the thing is that when ever you are gambling and you actually lose the particular bets you stake on ,it will be really be a painful thing for such gambler that he lose his money .losing of money in gambling is one of the thing gamblers don't like.
