Do you answer users complaint based on their investment ?

Although I feel it's really not good for a casino site to actually answer users based on their investment , they should actually be answering users based on other things like the urgency of the users problem and not their investment , many of them might be doing this and I think it's actually not cool placing this in consideration

I think that this attitude reeks of partiality, which is unfortunate. The customer care unit must be fair at all times, and give every customer an equal chance to voice out their concerns and issues
 
No, that will be very wrong, users or customer should not be attended to based on their investment, they should be attended to equally and not been selective, they must be equal rights among all users and that how it should be
 
That's not fair enough, it's not a good thing to be answering gamblers issues based on investment, that's partial and it shouldn't be accepted, as a owner of a casino website you should not allow such things at all, it's not a good idea

I think been a customer service representative is actually one thing many have been running , I think creating that sense of equality is really good in the side of the customer representative side
 
Answering users based on their investment is the highest level of discrimination. You should not discriminate that way. Instead, answer them according to the first come first serve basis. Following the queue this way makes the users appreciate the equal treatment. That is why you usually see most platforms giving a support ticket, there is a queue to be followed.
