When you are bent on reporting an issue and others ,then the casino platform or site is really not responding to you would you keep posting the complaint and others till they probably start responding to your queries or you would actually stop posting the problem and reporting the problem in that process tho

I think that s probably the only solution in this case, to be quite honest. You should not stop trying to contact them, more so if the issue is of a financial disposition. If, after a while, they still do not respond, then it is likely that they are fraudulent

I do this a lot. Even if it seems like it is not the solution to the problem, I still do it. At least, it will help them realize that one of their users is spamming their email and they will look into it so they will respond to me.
I understand what you are saying. It is best to apply pressure on the customer service team so that they may be able to solve your problem out of frustration on their part. This is a strategy that will yield results eventually
 
Of course i keep on posting about my complaint to the casino representative because i just want to believe that the casino representative have so many people to respond to per day and it's not getting to me
 
I will keep posting my complain but when i noticed that there's no feedback i will report them online where so many people will know about them and avoid those kind of betting platform especially the newbie

That's what we should do, we need to be more consistent with the complaint. At times, there may be many people that also want to be attended to. And to make it faster, we need to make sure we keep on reminding by keep on posting.
 
I will keep posting complain on the website but after several complaint and still there's no changes i will quit using such platform and i will report them on the social media platforms so that others will not fall victim

I will stop posting complain when I noticed that I have dropped several complaint and there's no response, such website can't be regarded as a gambling website that is concern about their customer issues.
 
Yes, of course, if I have some kind of problem with the casino site and they don't respond me for a long time, then I have the right to share my problems with it If they can not even respond, then the only way is to leave complaint
 
It will be better to keep posting your complain even when you're not been respond to, at times there may be long queues and you just have to continue posting your complain than to just give up like that or quit using the platform.
 
A site that does not respond to complaints is a suspicious site. It is one of the characteristics of a scam site. When I post complaints and I don't get a response, I tend to get bored and leave the site altogether.
