Do you select customer problem you answer to as a casino customer service ?

I think there are some customer service that do this , they probably first answer the urgent issues and others , before they actually considers answering other issues ,I think the urgent issues are the most important for them and that's the reason they would first place interest in answering the urgent problem before answering the less urgent ones

I'm not a customer care agent to any gambling site and its never a good idea for any customer to be selective, you must attend to every issues placed before you and solve them, then the customer can be happy
 
Even though I'm not a casino Customer care member neither I'm i any online or offline gambling site cuatomer care but it's very bad if customer care is selecting type of question to answer, it should be first come first serve
 
I think it is bad to discriminate the customer care problems that arise apart from any means involving the earliest complaint being awarded the benefit first before the succeeding ones, to be quite honest
 
it is good to offer assistance and provide information to the best of my abilities, and that is what I do all the time
