I think One of the biggest issues with automated complaint systems is the lack of human touch. Customers might feel that their complaints are not being taken seriously or treated with empathy, which can lead to a negative experience , also Since casinos use different types of software and technologies to power their complaint systems, technical glitches can occur, leading to delays or missed complaints

In my own observation , technology would obviously have a positive impact on casino affairs ,the type of technology been used would help the casino develop better and others ,so usage of technology is important
