I think some casino users are most times glued to the way they actually gamble ,like when they are particularly focusing on the internet more and everytime , it would be difficult to erase the addiction mindset in them , because as a gambler I have noticed that they would be so glued to gambing instead of other things

Do you think using the internet less could help against gambling addiction?
 
No the internet can be used for diverse things . it is about what you want to use it for. The thing is that if you want to stay away from gambling just delete the apps from your phone then close your account. you then focus on other productive things
 
I don't think this is the solution.
If they don't make the decision to stop and realize how much their gambling addiction is destroying them, nothing will change!

It would not be the best solution, but it could help to an extent. There are various gambling ads which pop up on many websites, and once an addict encounters them, they may be tempted to try and gamble them. The absence of access to this service eliminates that possibility
