Personally, I believe that email address is the best channel for a casino website to remind customers of various updates and correspondence, because I feel that the mobile phone could be too personalized and less formal for customers,

Yeah email adress also seems to be the best option for me , if I have a casino platform today ,I think it's the email address that I would be using to send in relevant information and updates that the customers may actually love to see

This is a clever choice. I believe that correspondence via e-mail helps to maintain the worker-customer relationship while keeping a healthy distance as opposed to the phone number which crosses the line a little.

Yeah with emails and others , that healthy relationship would be built , I think customer and worker relationship really develop the platform to a great extent and notation , it's the reason it's popularly used
