The shareholders have unanimously made the decision to appoint Marina Andersson and Patrick Jonker as members of the company's Board of Directors until the next annual general meeting.
Andersson, who boasts over two decades of experience in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions, gained from her time at Stillfront Group and Deloitte, will bring her expertise in financial and strategic advisory, transaction structuring, financial analysis, and company valuation. On the other hand, Jonker, who has held senior positions at Betsson Group and William Hill, will contribute his extensive experience in international casino and sports betting operations.
These appointments have come about following the resignations of Pierre Cadena and Johan Svensson in October. While Cadena's departure from the director role was immediate, Svensson has chosen to focus solely on his role as Chief Commercial Officer for the group, while still maintaining a close working relationship with senior management and CEO Oskar Mühlbach.
