Gambling Commission CEO set to make inquiries on football betting settlements

The Gambling Commission has declared that it will investigate bookmakers' methods for resolving problems with inaccurate sports data. The action was brought about by consumer complaints alleging that bets on in-game markets, like the total number of tackles or shots in a match, were settled using false information.

According to the regulator, in order to guarantee accurate and equitable market settlement, the CEO will meet with important football betting stakeholders.
