About two years ago a friend of mine had issues with online casinos and he wasn't able to withdraw his winnings because of passport issues. He opened the account with the casinos while he was in the US and when you came back to Nigeria he had a winning and he wasn't able to withdraw due to passport issues.

Have you faced such issues before with online Casinos?

I think this is because the company doesn't what the money to fall into any hands in order to avoid misunderstanding, that why they come up with a strong security way in order to ensure the safety of the money that is being won do not fall into wrong hand's

This will be a very big issues. I don't know there can be a serious issues with your casino account when you have already registered and approve the account. Maybe the casino site has Nigeria as one of the country it restrict and it has detected that your friend is no more in USA. I think the only solution to the problem is to send its login details anybody he knows in USA and let the person help him to withdraw there

I think the ID is demanded by most of the casinos to know the countries you are playing from and to ascertain if the country is not banned or delisted from the countries that are accepted by the Casino. It is very good to always ensure you have your ID ready in case of verification.

Most importantly, it is demanded to confirm the true ownership of the account and to also avoid all sort of discrepancies or a regular activities that may be springing up while you're using the account. They want to keep track of who owns what.

I believe this is the case because the corporation does not want the winnings to end up in the wrong hands in order to prevent misunderstandings. As a result, they have developed a rigorous security system to ensure this does not happen.

It is only necessary to for the casinos to do such a thing. It is one of the activities that must be carried out to ensure proper assessment of the winnings because they must be sure that the owner of the account is the one receiving the winning.

The passport issue might be as a result of real issue which or call on the website. It may also be the network you are using to do the uploading of the pictures. if that is the case every load will be the right thing to do at that time. if the issue persists it means the problem is on on the platform you want to upload the passport.

Such things are always needed to be informed on prior basis else most of the sports books will definitely block out your payments it the responsibility of the player actuallly to be honest indeed in my opinion .

I haven't had any passport issues with online casinos, but I know it can be a concern. One thing you might consider is using an identity validation service if the casino offers it. That way, you can verify your identity without having to send in your passport directly. It adds an extra layer of security and peace of mind. Of course, it's always a good idea to read the casino's terms and conditions to understand their requirements. Has anyone else here tried using an identity validation service for this?
