I've been there many times over the years. The key is not to dwell on the loss or become emotionally invested in "winning it back." That will only lead to losing more money.
Losing is part of the game, as much as I hate to say it. Count your losses, accept that this session is over, and walk away. Come back another day with a clear and level head. The casino will always be there, but your bank account won't. Move on to new games and a new chance to win or lose. Remember why you play for fun, not to recoup losses. There are more spins and hands to be had! Recognize this was merely a financial setback, not a defeat. The war continues!
