Is it Safe to pick Chelsea and Liverpool on my soccer tkcket selection?

I am a fan of good football and I love Chelsea a lot. It's just that they have been on a slack lately. Even liverpool that I sort to for a consolation also have a slack in their style of play. The Transfer windows are open and I am sure that these clubs will try to amend their style of play. What do you think about giving these clubs chances on my ticket?

There is always something about Chelsea and Liverpool games that you can just never predict. There are some times where it is going to produce a lot of goals and sometimes it is even going to end goalless.

The two clubs are having the worst moment of their lifetime, right now. Even the match against them shows that they are going through a phase that will take them a lot of time to get out of. I pray they get back to winning ways.
