I'm not disputing that it is not the based on luck but if you have good knowledge on how the motion of the roulette and the angle of movement of a ball, then you should be able to make correct predictions of where the ball would land.

I think I'm going to agree with what you said because the roulette game is half luck and half skilled because the roulette wheel is based on luck but how you place your bet at the roulette table is based on skill.

If you play you have to not play on number but play in range of number like 1-12 or vertical line to have a multiple of 3 this is one strategy that many of people are doing this days.
