Joliet Casino visitor arrested for illegal firearm possession

The Harrah's Joliet Casino in Illinois is where a woman was reportedly caught last week after bringing a gun inside.

The suspect faced accusations over the weekend of illegal ammunition possession and weapon use.
Promised to appear in court, she was released.

The woman who was later identified as the suspect was found by casino security guards with a gun in her possession, and police were notified. She was attempting to get onto the gaming floor after entering the casino. A metal detector went off and she was stopped by the entrance.
