Lake Tahoe estate formerly owned by convicted casino mogul priced at $76million

If its $76 million asking price is met, an estate on Lake Tahoe built by convicted casino tycoon Steve Wynn might become a landmark for the area.

On the Nevada side of the lake, in Incline Village, Wynn purchased $6.5 million for five acres in 1994. The home, which he called Old Forge, was then constructed. Five years later, Wynn sold it for $17 million.

The four-bedroom, 12,661 square foot main house also has a 1,500 square foot guesthouse with three bedrooms, a theater, separate wine, message, and workout rooms, as well as a four-car garage.

The mansion's outside amenities include a deep-water pier, boat hoist, jet ski platform, and two buoys along with a private sandy beach.
