According to the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Commission, gross gaming revenue at commercial brick-and-mortar casinos in February was roughly $159.2 million. Compared to February 2023, that was an increase of almost $2.2 million.
Because 2024 was a leap year, February benefited from an extra day. If the 29th day hadn't occurred, February 2024 would have seen a decline from the previous year.
