Massachussets Gaming Commission concerned over low usage of responsible gambling tools

The data on responsible gambling tools that were presented caused the chairperson of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission to voice several concerns, primarily regarding the low rate of use among the state's customers.

The executive requested that Draftings take steps to improve the numbers after expressing her displeasure with them. She went on to say that the director of research for the regulator had expressed concern about the fact that the users are simply not making use of the resources.

The chairwoman welcomed any ideas DraftKings might want to use to encourage people to use these tools, but she also stressed the need to make responsible gambling appear cool in order to encourage customers in the state to use them.
