Match-Fixing Tennis Players Banned By Integrity Agency

It’s difficult enough to place wagers on sports. But athletes manipulating the outcome by fixing matches makes things worse. As integrity bodies continue to accumulate data, it becomes easier to uncover the activity, and two more tennis players have fallen from grace for their willingness to rig games.The International Agency for the Integrity of Tennis (ITIA) reported that it expelled Chilean tennis player Bárbara Gatica Avilés from the sport for three years.

We are in the 24century and i can't really believe something like this is still happening. I don't understand why player can't just prepare very well to their match but will go to the extent of fixing match
