MGM Resorts and Marriott International announce new casino site

As part of their long-standing collaboration, MGM Resorts International and Marriot International have announced a new joint project that will transform the Mandalay Bay Campus into a brand-new property called W Las Vegas.

The two businesses introduced the MGM Collection with Marriot Bonvoy in March 2024 after first announcing a long-term licensing agreement signed in July 2023.

Members of both organizations benefit from this cooperative effort in a number of ways. Plans to transform an existing Vegas property into the new W Hotels brand within the Marriot Bonvoy have now been confirmed by MGM Resorts and Marriot International.
