New South Wales gambling regulator permits Crown Resorts & Casino to retain gambling license

After regaining the confidence of the New South Wales regulator, Crown Resorts was granted a casino licence for its $2.2 billion property in Sydney today.

Following nearly three years of intensive remediation, the NSW Independent Casino Commission has determined that Crown Sydney is suitable to keep its license.

Following in the footsteps of its Victorian counterpart, the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission, which declared in March that it was unambiguously convinced Crown Melbourne was qualified to run a casino, the NSW Independent Casino Commission has made its decision.
