Penn Entertainment paid $25,000 for violations regarding Barstool Sports Can’t Lose Parlay

Although Penn Entertainment has moved on from the times of Barstool Sportsbook, it has been discovered that the company did pay a $25,000 first-rate to the Massachusetts Gaming Commission for the Can't Lose Parlay, a sportsbook that is no longer in operation.

The institution argued in a June 2023 look before the commission that the merchandising did now not violate Massachusetts gaming laws that forbid sportsbooks from selling bets or promotions as "chance-unfastened."

Most of such developments are according to the pre set rules and if they are deemed valid then the companies have to comply which they had to do in tis case as well actually and had to pay the fees for it
