Most of the casino workers employees would work extra time due to the nature of the business and the casino is to be available 24 hours in 7 days and that is why it is necessary to get more employees . There is absolutely no way you wouldn't need the services of some employees more than the usual timing and that could attract an additional salaries or pay. I want to know if employees are really underpaid in casinos.

I don't believe the assertion because I know casino to be a very rich company and they wouldn't overwork their staffs and not pay them accordingly the source of this information may not be genuine.

Yes you might be thinking they are working extra time but literarily, the are not working extra time and in fact casino is fully paying them for their work. I'm sure many would have resign if they are not satisfied with the amount they are earning for their work

Sometime it is normal for a particular employee to work overtime and I'm very sure that they will be paid accordingly because most of the companies in the Western countries treat their employees well.

No one can measure the actual rate at which one is working. But to satisfy the customers, they can actually work more than they are paid. This will only earn them love and respect and even promotion from the owners.

Either the workers are working more than they are paid or not is based upon the mutual understanding between the workers and the management. Every workers understand the nature of their work and this they must utilize to the maximum of their efforts. The management is at liberty to decide how its going to compensate them.

since they are paid according to how they are actually working ,so I don't think they should work in excess ,they should just work the way they are actually paid is very much better that way too ,I believe that's what should be done

I think that the work put in by workers should be equitably matched by the remuneration they receive. Casino managers should make sure to treat their employees with respect in terms of a payment structure.
