Skill gambling bill incoming to regulate machines in Pennsylvania

There are becoming more Pennsylvania skill gaming machines in taverns and restaurants throughout the state. In order to safeguard customers and raise money for the government, one state senator claims it is past time for the state to legalize the contentious gaming terminals. Similar to slot machines in Las Vegas, skill gaming machines have a similar appearance, sound, and operation. But they have one significant distinction: unlike a conventional slot machine, which pays out instantly on a single spin, the player must choose a winning payline. Numerous state judges have ruled in favor of the interests in skill gaming, holding that the products are games of skill and as a result are exempt from the gaming statute.
