While the Texas Lottery works to address technical difficulties relating to its operator and vendor, the mobile app is momentarily unavailable and in maintenance mode. Due to technical issues with lottery operator and mobile application provider IGT Global Solutions Corporation, the Texas Lottery stated this afternoon that players will not be able to use its mobile app. Players noticed problems with several of the app's functions not working properly after the Lottery launched an update for the app.
