Transport charity that was spared by lottery proceeds

The Wiveliscombe Area Partnership was worried about their transport charity, Wivey Link because Somerset Council was cutting its funding.

But luck came their way when they received almost £20,000 from the National Lottery. This money will help them keep running their service, which is vital for people in rural areas.

With support from the town council and volunteers, they will continue helping those in need.
